Oh boy another beautiful morning with another fabulous sunrise. I stayed close to town this morning and was rewarded with a few spectacular photographs, at least I think they are spectacular π
On my way to the Coupeville Wharf I noticed the flat water of Penn Cove reflecting the lights that run along the ramp to the wharf. I just had to set up my tripod and “push de button”.
When I got out on the wharf things just kept getting better and better. I love the reflection of this sailboat in the morning sunrise.
Looking back at Coupeville the sunrise just kept exploding in the sky.
I really hope you enjoyed that as much as I did. Isn’t it amazing what you see when you walk with me? Thanks for the company π
Once again your walk gave you some awesome views. I don’ know which one is my favorite between the Reflections & Sailboat they both are great. We are having a great day here in Alberta also.
Thanks as always Hellen. I too like them both. I’m glad you’re getting some nice weather as well.
I have a brand new tripod. My old one weighed almost five pounds but this new one only two and a half pounds. it’s a ProLine Dolica AX620B100 62-Inch with a ball head and I really do like it. Light weight but still pretty solid. I have a carrying strap on it so it’s easy to sling over my shoulder.
Ken
Ahh Ken… fond memories of my time in the PacNW… what tripod are you toting along on your walks?
WOw, Ken! I coudl’na said it better – Spectacular images! I’m going to have to get down to town to try that wharf reflection image sometime soon. You’ve inspired me.
Thanks Dave, coming from you I take that as a real compliment. Your photos are always so gorgeous that finding you impressed with one of my photos really thrills me. I look forward to your “reflection image”!
Great pics Runnerduck. As always thanks for letting us walk with you.
Thanks Al! It was great to see you this morning as it always is when I run into you.
