WHITE CHRISTMAS – December 25, 2017

We would like to wish everyone of you a very Merry Christmas! We were blessed this year with a White Christmas, the first one in ten or twelve years. That is a rare occasion here on the island indeed.

This what we awoke to early this Christams morning.

Christmas Snow

This is our back yard a little later in the morning, after we opened the presents that Santa Clause had brought.

Have a wonder Christmas, or what every holiday you celebrate and we’ll do the same.

If I don’t get back to you before New Years, have a great year ahead and we’ll catch up soon.

  1. Merry Christmas to you, and I hope you know what a gift to us your photos and comments are! They capture the beautiful, quirky, and historical aspects of our beloved town–and, of course, “Frank”!

    • Thank you so much Catherine for those kind words, they are truly appreciated. I walk for two main reasons, one for exercise and to other to try and take beautiful pictures for my friends.

      Thanks again!

  2. Ken, Why didn’t you go walking ? You could have shared so many beautiful pictures!!!!:-) Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and Marilyn

    • I didn’t walk because I’m sick and fighting a cold, that and the slick streets. No thanks, I’ll just sit inside and enjoy the view while the younger folks go play. Now on toward New Year and another year of photos for all my friends.

  3. Hi Ken, You have a beautiful Yard( front & back) Surprised You haven’t showed pictures of it to us who don’t live in Coupeville. The snow looks very nice on it. Hope you enjoyed yr Christmas with family & friends. Thanks for yr gift to us of all the beautiful pictures
